  4.   ■ Changed the hot-key support. RFW was know to eatup many ticks. This
  5.     was caused by the special routines that implemented the hot-keys.
  6.     All keys will now ALWAYS redraw the screen, so CRSR-DOWN when the
  7.     last line is on the screen will still cause a redraw of the screen.
  8.     The same goes for CRSR-UP, END, HOME, PGUP and PGDN. Hot-keys should
  9.     now work better and with a smaller number of cycles.
